Some time ago, I was approached by Joseph Flahiff, who was interested in hearing details about how agile and waterfall combine on projects. Our conversations led to the area of agile program and portfolio management. In particular, Joseph was very interested in the work we've done in setting up Agile PMOs to help with the light touch governance of agile projects.
