Since management for the past century has been a Western-style approach, now we realize it needs a fundamental change in operations and substance. Since the West is no longer the sole solution maker in the economic game, it is only natural to incorporate many different schools of thinking from other cultures when building new corporate entities since most of economic assets are spread all over the globe now.
